The first campaign ad i looked at was a McCain ad by the name of "Thank John McCain". This ad contains many logos. It states many facts about candidate John McCain, both from his life and accomplishments. As well as he mentions how he is a very strong Bush supporter. This brings me to pathos: This ad made me feel anxious and worried. It scared me in a way to know that McCain is such a strong supporter of President Bush this means that if he stays in office it will be like reelecting President Bush all over again and thats a scary thing to think about. Then lastly ethos: I don't think i would be able to trust him as a leader of our country. i just see him as a very rude and selfish individual that would do no good to our country. It seems that the more i look at this ad the more it worries me.

The second ad that i looked at was an Obama campaign ad and it was full of logic, fact and truths. This ad was called " Signs of Hope & Change". the title itself is self expresses a sign of pathos. this ad is full of happiness. It makes me believe in obama, and the fact that he can actually make a difference. It brings a feeling of aspiration and admiration towards Presidential candidate Barack Obama. As well as a great appreciation on his behalf and it makes me feel respected and a great feeling of respect towards him. This ad brings me hope. I can trully say that i feel like i can trust him in everything he may have to say. I believe that he can make a difference.
